1 General Provisions

jilibdt is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. A user is considered to have accepted these Terms upon opening an account, at each login, and through each transaction. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any other service-specific rules also apply.

jilibdt reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any change will be clearly stated on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

To register and use jilibdt, a user must be at least 21 years of age. If anyone opens an account on behalf of a person under the minimum age (21+), the account will be immediately cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each user personally confirms that they are legally eligible to use this service and that online gaming or betting is not prohibited in their location.

2.2 Registration Process

• Each user may open only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be fully accurate and up to date.
• Opening an account with false or incorrect information is strictly prohibited.
• jilibdt may request documents at any time for identity verification.
• The right to suspend withdrawals until identity verification is complete is reserved.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Operating more than one account by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security and Password

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing any third party to access the account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to our support team immediately.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account. jilibdt will be free from liability in the event of unauthorised access only if the user reported the matter in a timely manner.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If contact details, mobile number, or payment method change, the user must update them in the account promptly. jilibdt will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by outdated or incorrect information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at jilibdt is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

The user must ensure that the payment account they are depositing from is registered in their own name. Using a third party's payment account is prohibited, and any such transaction will be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal. jilibdt may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold if it appears unusual or suspicious. Once the review is complete, the withdrawal will be processed normally.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity, jilibdt reserves the right to hold it and conduct an investigation, and will notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jilibdt offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the user must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has specific terms, which are detailed on the offer page.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or bets.
• The ability to use multiple bonuses simultaneously is limited — check the terms of each offer separately.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• jilibdt reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

The jilibdt VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier offers weekly cashback on net losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. jilibdt reserves the right to make changes to VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Responsibility for Proper Use

Each game and betting market has its own rules, which are displayed on the game or market page. The user is responsible for understanding and following those rules.

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error or network issue, jilibdt will review it and make a final decision. Normal game results will not be voided.

6.2 Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Betting markets close once a match or event has started.
• Odds change quickly in live betting — verify the odds before confirming.
• jilibdt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, jilibdt will determine the result based on the last verifiable state recorded in the logs.

7 Responsible Conduct

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• There is no way to guarantee winnings or outcomes — no game comes with a guaranteed win.
• If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, contact support immediately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibdt platform:

1. Fraud, providing false information, or using another person's identity.
2. Using software bots, automated scripts, or hacking methods to access the platform.
3. Operating multiple accounts artificially for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
4. Attempting unauthorised access to any system or server of the platform.
5. Insulting, threatening, or sending harmful content to other users.
6. Using an account for money laundering or any unlawful activity.
7. Attempting to manipulate game results or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action if necessary.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilibdt platform — logos, designs, graphics, code, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of jilibdt. Copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Content belonging to third-party game providers is the property of those providers, and their own terms and conditions apply.

10 Limitation of Liability

jilibdt bears limited liability for losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or failures of third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and uninterrupted service cannot always be guaranteed.

jilibdt is not responsible for any loss caused by issues with the user's internet connection, device, or third-party software. The user uses the platform knowingly and at their own risk.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jilibdt is committed to protecting users' personal information. Details on how personal data is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. By registering, the user is also considered to have accepted that policy.

jilibdt uses necessary security measures — including SSL encryption — to keep data secure. However, complete security on the internet cannot be guaranteed, and users must also remain vigilant in protecting their own information.

12 Changes to Terms

jilibdt may change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms. It is therefore recommended to check this page regularly.

13 Account Closure and Suspension

13.1 Closure by jilibdt

jilibdt may immediately close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

13.2 Closure by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. All ongoing bets will be settled and any withdrawable balance will be paid out before the account is closed.

14 Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved through support, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through mutual agreement via mediation.
